Engineering America

Rule of Reason no. 2542

I open this column with a review of the overture to the nationwide riots, destruction, and looting that occurred over the last few weeks.  The venu is in a Shoprite store on Staten Island, NY, in which a masked, loud-mouthed shopper with his masked harpies together chased a a maskless shopper out of the store. Calling her a “dirty assed pig.”  It’s more horrifying than any of the rioter videos I’v e seen, and I’ve seen the most grisly ones. It’s evidence of how non-intellectual most Americans are and how submissive they have become in lieu of the virus “crisis.”  Had I been there, I would’ve been maskless, too ( and as I always will be), and challenged the thug to chase me out. If he’d become toe-to-toe with me I would have smashed an egg in his face. If he wanted to take it further I was perfectly willing to take it to the next level.  I’ve had many fights in my life and lost not a one.

Tucker Carlson wondered what was going on in the country . His video is worth a listen.
This is what is going on, among other developments.  Colorado passed a law that requires that parents be punished for refusing to have their children Covid-19 vaccinated, and that they be “reeducated.”  Where have we heard that term before? This "reeducation" is ubiqitous in many state governments and agents of "authority" tasked with the imperative of instituting the "new norm" of submission.

Soeren Kern on  Gatestone has an excellent essay on the history of Antifa. Here is an excerpt:

”The modern Antifa movement derives its name from a group called Antifaschistische Aktion, founded in May 1932 by Stalinist leaders of the Communist Party of Germany. The group was established to fight fascists, a term the party used to describe all of the other pro-capitalist political parties in Germany. The primary objective of Antifaschistische Aktion was to abolish capitalism, according to a detailed history of the group. The group, which had more than 1,500 founding members, went underground after Nazis seized power in 1933.”

AnIfa and  Black Lives Matter (BLM) differ not a whit in their methods and ends.  BLM has a well-documented Communist pedigree.

BLM happily self-identifies as a neo-Marxist movement with various far left objectives,     including defunding the police (an evolution of the Panther position of public open-carry to control the police), to dismantling capitalism and the patriarchal system, disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure, seeking reparations from slavery to redistribute wealth and via various offshoot appeals, to raise money to bail black prisoners awaiting trial. The notion of seizing control of the apportionment of capital, dismantling the frameworks of society..."
Pam Geller has a list of some of your favorite corporate traitors, who donate generously to Antifa and BLM and to other left-wing “social justice”  organizations. They are determined to thread the rope intended to hang them.
But, is all this, including the masks and "social distincing," a result of a Communist-Collectivist engineering of America? Read for yourself. Yes, and the Communists and Collectivists aren't trying to revive individualism, either.
