Consider that Donald Trump, whose views on such matters as immigration and Islam, among many others, would have qualified as mainstream common sense two generations ago, are now easily portrayed as extreme by the Leftist establishment. The Left have succeeded magnificently in moving the goal posts as to what qualifies as morally acceptable. <br /><br />In a related matter, consider the "extremist" in Florida who was just convicted of a "hate crime" for breaking windows and depositing bacon in a mosque.
